Report a tool issue
If an image or video will not download, first check our download troubleshooting guide. Private or deleted Pins, external video embeds and streaming-only videos may not be supported.
If you still need help, include:
- The public Pinterest Pin URL and whether you were downloading an image or a video.
- Your device and browser, such as iPhone with Safari or Windows with Chrome.
- The error message, what you expected to happen, and the steps that led to the problem.
- A screenshot, if useful, with personal information hidden.
